Exact carbon copy of the one I took out with the original said Japan on label and this one said Taiwan. A youtube video said it would take 20 min to replace which turned out to be 30 min. Simple and easy and now my refrigerator is working normal and quiet. I would recommend also replacing the rubber mounts as the one on the bottom side of my fan was bad and allowing the fan to not sit straight. At the least it would be a good idea to check the rubber grommet so you do not take everything apart just to find out it is needed and you do not have one.
