Edit - Died a few days after installing. Plan to return and order Ford OEM Motorcraft part.Important notice, the first picture shows the module w/ trailer tow package (2 prongs to fans), but the last picture shows a module with only single prong to fans, which in the past has always been the module to use without trailer tow package. I have a 2011 Lincoln MKX with trailer tow package so when I opened the box and saw the 1 prong module, I immediately called Dorman. To my surprise an actual human answered the tech support line and after looking up the part number and my VIN, he reassured me this was the right part and a new design that will work with or without trailer tow package. I proceeded to wrestle this greased pig and finally got it in, but be warned, you will likely do some damage to the radiator fins unless you take off the radiator hose. Most videos show people installing without removing radiator hose, which is what I opted to do. I banged up the radiator a little at the bottom, but don't think it will cause an issue. Anyway, after finally getting it back together, I fired up the engine and turned on the AC and viola! the AC fan is working again like it should. Local shop wanted $500 to repair so I saved around $330 for an hour of my time.
