Physically the fan fits and all the mounting holes line up. Below are the issues I ran into.1. The stock bottom mounting bolts are too short to work with this fan. I went to the local auto parts store for longer bolts.2. The connector mounting position was up and to the left and not centered, I had to disconnect it from the shroud and move it closer to the center.3. There is no mounting bracket for the cable from the AC compressor. I worked around this with zip ties being careful to secure the cables in a way that would prevent them from being damaged.The fan works and works well. However, required a bit of field engineering to work properly. I didn't have to cut anything, but I did have to get additional hardware and move the connector position. Also, per the manufacturer's website, this fan is supposed to be a be an exact fit for my vehicle. I deducted 2 stars, because of the extra work involved in installing this fan. A trip to the auto parts store and the extra time to make the changes made what was supposed to be a simple job a longer job requiring more work.
