The fan was simple to fit. I did contact the supplier for some information and they were extremely helpful and responded quickly. The air movement is very effective even on the lowest setting but doesn't produce the annoying pulse wind some ceiling fans create. On the highest setting it creates a smooth delivery of air movement all round the room and still is not an obtrusive sound level. I particularly liked the simulation of a breeze setting where the unit varies the fan speed so it feels like a cooling gentle breeze is filling the room. A great product and excellent customer support.
