I bought this on a whim trying to fix my 2016 Ford C-Max Hybrid SE 2.0L and it worked like a charm. The part is for Ford C-Max Energi/Hybrid 2013-2018. No error lights whatsoever that couldn't be cleared and it was an easy install from the BOTTOM (I hope this helps someone in the future.) There are no YouTube videos of it at this time but if you're semi-knowledgeable about cars and have tools you can do it in 3 hours or less solo. I had the installation estimated at a shop and they said it was 1 1/2 hours of labor for them to do it. 10/10 Great purchase.
