Easy install. The manual has a chart to tell you which wiring harness and dip switch settings to use based on the board you're replacing. No improvisation needed.I will say I had to read the instructions and diagrams for the dip switches a few times, as they weren't the clearest. The board will lock out future adjustments to these settings after 10 cycles, so it's important to get these right pretty quickly. The wiring harnesses/adapters were simple, and impossible to install backwards. Took me 30 minutes to swap out (including drilling new mounting holes). Fixed my furnace, saving me who knows how much on a service call.
