We have a room that is designed around a lake house theme and this fan looks great in it. Easy enough to install if you're mechanically/electrically inclined. Good luck finding a matching 12" down rod. I bought a silver one and splatter painted it to match the galvanized look. Runs super quiet. Did have to use blade balancers to get rid of slight wobble.
