Nice design. Easy install. NOT SILENT. Not a quiet ball bearing design. I have 4 of these and they all make a noise in operation like a cheap bushing motor. Not loud or noticeable unless in a bedroom where you are sleeping. At night it is a constant grind. Disappointed in this Craftmade product.
