I had purchased and reviewed the 12" fan, but it was too large for my application. I switched to the 11" and was just as happy with the construction. The 11" has a slightly different mounting style then the 12" which has the removable mounts. This seems to work better in my application as no additional parts were needed to make it all work. The fan is built very well and plastic is thick and unlike the el-cheepo electric tornado and other style import fans this is a well built and well worth a few bucks more.
