the fan itself is ok, ( a bit bigger than it looks in photos ) but the balancing tabs don't stick. Minor issue, but 2 weeks later, I finally got a response and they tell me to disassemble the fan and put it back together again to balance the fan.. Not a simple task the way the light unit mounts to the blades. Complete waste of time, afterwards, still unbalanced.. It would balance out if they would only send me the "weights" that I'm supposed to be using to balance the blades... ridiculous
