So it may look pretty rice on a miata, but it has a great sound. Not raspy or tinny like most ebay mufflers. You get a nice deep tuned sound, but make sure it has some kind of resonator on the mid pipe..it is very loud, but that's why it also comes with silencer inserts. I left them out because it is too quiet with them in
