I don't write reviews often, however we just installed this Vent Fan and are so happy to finally come across a product that exceeds expectations, is easy to install, works the first time, and is such high quality. The wiring was simple although we have no electrical experience. The remote makes it so easy to operate, with the press of a button you have a fully functioning in or out vent with a cover that closes automatically when it rains. It also looks great!
