This kit includes: One (1) RadonAway RP140 Fan, (2) rubber flex couplings (choose size and color to fit your system), (1) U-tube manometer to easily see that your fan is working, and (5) System labels to make your system compliant with radon mitigation standards. The RP140 is a good air mover with very low energy usage. This fan works best with drain tile systems and gravel only. Good for basements up to 1500 sq/ft. that are sealed well. For leaky slabs the RP145 may be more desirable. Only installed 2 months ago but working beautifully so far. Brought radon down to 0.4 average with a 1,200 sq ft slab. Will see how long it lasts but so far perfect, quiet and energy efficient. Also note if you want a cord to plug into outlet vs. hardwire, that isn’t included and has to be purchased separately.
