I had many burnt out heating elements with my original. The fan motor had bushings for bearings causing the some drag on the fan startup. Sometimes it would be very slow to start. The lack of air flow caused the heating element to overheat and the thermal fuse would blow. This replacement’s motor has ball bearings and the fan moves very freely in comparison. PROBLEM SOLVED!!
