Needed a fan for my compressor unit. Fan arrived in a decent amount of time, and within the window as estimated. Packed well. Shaft to mount fan blade is precut, and since this is an OEM replacement all 3 wires came with the .250 female clips installed on the ends of each(black, orange, and purple) identical to the original. Was back up and running within 20 minutes.
