Perfect out the box for a regular height ceiling. Got this fan without reading, it only comes with a short 2" downrod. Pulling the chain from it's height was a challenge. Other than that oversight on my part, fan looks great, works amazing so far. I did after-purchase the 12" downrod, # 25144, but also added the #99771 wall control. Fantastic.
