This has a different connector than the original 2008 Acura RDX condenser fan. The old version is on the right in my attached photo. Strangely, every supposed "exact fit" or "drop-in" replacement product I've researched has the same issue. I'm not sure why, but they all seem to come with an incompatible connector. So be aware: this is not an exact fit/drop-in replacement, and if you want to DIY this repair, you'll have to cut off the connectors and splice the old one on to the new fan motor's wiring (or learn how to unpin the connectors and reattach that way). I used solder seal wire connectors and they seemed to work okay, but it's not my favorite repair by any means. It's a shame because it's pretty easy to swap the fan assemblies...but it's always the "easy" jobs that turn into a pain.
