Ordered this light fixture for our dining room. We liked the fact that it has retractable fan blades. Wanted something a bit modern but still had the feeling of glass crystals. When we received the fan, we were not sure if we had all the parts as all the small pieces like screws, washers, etc were all over the bottom of the box. Due to the way our electric was installed in our dining room, it was a challenge for my husband to install. But he was able to figure out. The installation directions could of been more informative. During this time the seller contacted me by email to make sure we were happy with the purchase. Told the seller we were not sure we had all the parts. He responded back to let them know what we are missing or damaged and they will replace asap. But once the light fixture was installed it looks great. We like that there is 3 types of light color and 3 speed fan. Fan blades are clear. Over all a really nice fixture and we appreciated the email from the seller to make sure we were happy with the fan.
