My 2005 jeep TJL uses a 18 lbs radiator cap pressure. Radiator came with a 19 lbs cap. I installed a new 18 lbs cap per specs. Cap that came installed with new rad seems nice but I didn't attempt to over pressurize my engine with it. Radiator seem good so far.
