I bought this unit to protect a 24 cell LIFEPO4 battery string. When I installed the first one, it was very balky about connecting to Bluetooth, and after a couple of hours could not connect at all. I contacted Daly and after a little back and forth where they asked some questions to verify I didn't have it wired wrong, sent me a replacement. I plugged the replacement in to the harness, and it just started working. I appreciated how easy in the end it was to get a replacement device; I understand why they had to ask some questions, and the unit came very quickly after they sent it -- only 4 days from Hong Kong to Minnesota! Daly stood behind thier product in my case. Thank you!
