Reservoir leaks out BOTH SIDES where the end caps meet the cylinder. End caps don't have a proper amount of inlets/outlets to accommodate fill/drain and loop connections, pump won't turn on despite proper hookup and extensive troubleshooting (thinking its DOA), tubes don't bend properly they warp bubble and disform EXTREMELY easily unlike other PETG tubes, no instructions/manual, and I had to buy a separate silicon insert.The only good thing about this product is the fittings which are on par with thermaltake. Maybe the rads and fans are ok. I don't plan on contacting customer service or returning it as I plan to harvest these parts and save some more money for the replacement loop I'll be installing. Should've stayed with corsair or TT instead of trying to save money.
