This part seems to be working just fine. I took one star because there is just a touch of wobble in the spindle of the fan but it seems to work just fine and doesn't make any more noise than the original did when it worked. The other reviewer mentioned that this was not an original Chrysler part and, while I agree to an extent, if you research carefully in OEM Chrysler parts catalogs, you'll find this part number one as one of two options. The other option is MUCH more expensive. Since this one works fine, I'd recommend getting this option instead of the others.The assembly fit exactly as it should and the electrical plug was an exact match as well. I'll edit this review if I have any issues in the future. I'll attempt to add a picture of the box label that says it's from Crown Automotive.
