The blower motor does not fit my 2014 Toyota Prius as they claim in the website. Also, the blower is cheaply made and very thin plastic that could easily be cracked if you try to fit it into the blower opening, the part being larger in diameter than the opening under the dashboard, I did not want to take any chances. So I have initiated the return process. To my surprise, I was told to pay for the cost of return inspite of the fact that the website listed full refund and free return. I contacted Amazon Customer Service, they referred me back to the third party seller.I contacted the seller and got a feedback asking me to provide photos of the shipping box, which I did. Also I provided photos of the original/new part side by side to demostrate the diffirence. I got a feedback with approved return, which I immeditely did. To my surprise , again, back to square one i.e I was charged the cost of UPS return.THE BOTTOM LINE: Do not buy items from a third party seller in general, this one in particular. You will end up with a cheap product and bad custormer/return policy. Stick with OEM and if you want to buy a compatible part, buy it through Amazon/sold by Amazon and do not waste your time dealing with third party sellers. Good luck.I tried to return the part, but I was told to pay for the
