BRAND NEW GE/Emerson ICP/Heil/Tempstar/Comfort Maker Condenser FAN MOTOR!! The part # is 1088236 (also HC41GZ001B & Emerson # K55HXJYJ-9348). It's 1/3 HP, 208-230v, 1075 RPM. The motor is 5 5/8" in diameter (Frame 48Y). The shaft extends 2" out of the motor. If the shaft is facing up (as in the picture) rotation is COUNTER-CLOCKWISE. The motor has a 3 wires coming out of it and one of them is pigtailed into a 4th wire. It’s a great motor. I think it’s lighter than the original motor that I replaced. Performance is good (of course). What I really appreciated is the speed that this was delivered. My condensor fan failed on Wednesday, and this was delivered on Saturday. Super helpful in the heat of California , hottest month. I’m going to keep buying my parts here.
