Large blades, operates with a remote, six speeds, reversible. This fan is VERY quiet and moves a good amount of air. We put one in each bedroom and in the living room. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows, which causes tremendous heat gain when the sun is out. This fan helps the a/c cool the room well! The color is “champagne,” so do not order this if you are expecting stainless steel. Also, the part of the blade that faces down is a shiny acrylic. They also sell a chrome twin.
