Day 1 with new fan ... so far, so good.Though manufacturer write up said 'no assembly' ....the reviews indicated there was, which is the case, BUT was fairly simple. No tools, nor screws etc, req'd!? This is my 2nd Paris Rhone tower, but different as the 1st one I bought, and still have/use, was unfortunately not currently available to re-purchase. The 2nd fan (today's) doesn't have as many speed levels (5) as the 1st (12), but still quite efficient re cooling and circulation. Fairly quiet, especially on the lower speeds = a soothing white noise effect. I like that both remotes work either fan❗️? The base for the 2nd one isn't quite as sturdy, likely due to the height extender option, not concerning to me ... but possibly? could be 'if' you have young toddlers, and/or curious pets , and the fan is in their play area or wide open walking space. But again, not a major issue at all, just a good FYI. There's no vibration noises as I have experienced with some fans. I have no problem recommending this item at all, and would order again. Great function relative to the reasonable price.? I'm definitely a fan, ?-?no pun intended ?, of the Paris Rhone brand.
