I used the Sparco Slider seat Track set to provide an adjustable base for the original Seat in my 1932 Ford five window coupe. It works perfectly in this application. I added a 1x2 inch rectangular spacer as a mounting base for each side of the slider set. I cut the release handle in the middle of the seat release handle to widen the pair of sliders to match the width of my 1932 seat mounting base. I added a straight length of tubing to reconnect the two supplied actuating/release mechanism that were left on each sliding base after cutting them in half. I also welded in another straight section the same diameter tubing connecting at each end to where the actuating handle takes off from its attachment bar. This second tubing section was added for stability of the handle during the actuation maneuver. It is a much better application than Henry's original seat adjuster. Now when I need to adjust my seat, I reach down and pull up on the release handle and scoot whichever way I want to go, and simply release the handle to allow both sliders to lock up.
