I bought this unit for an upper-level garage with no insulation. The fan has made a huge difference keeping the floor closer to the outside ambient temperature. The fan is very quiet which I was not expecting.The frame it comes in is sturdy. Electrical was easy to hook up. Thermostat is working and shutting the fan off at prescribed temperature.
