This is a quality exhaust fan which works well in our large steel building. I deducted one star because the louvers are easily bent and much care must be taken during handling and installation or they will not close properly. Also, I recommend installation of bug screen in front of lovers on exterior of building as louvers are not capable of excluding critters.
