The plug is correct for the evos, but the fan turns in the opposite direction than what it's supposed too.. does it work? Yes.. will It last long? Well I've had it on my truck for about 6 months, and it might need to be replaced soon because is sounds like the bearings internally are a little noisy.. is it better than spending $300+ at thermo-king? To get you by, yes.. but for longevity? No..
