I purchased this fan to replace the mechanical fan on my 1994 Ford F350. This was not a direct fit in any way. From what I've seen, this is basically the same motor as the famous Taurus fan but with a slightly smaller blade. This fan is excellent for 2 reasons. It has a built in mounting ring and it has 2 speeds. I put it in an aluminum shroud from speedway motors. Wiring was painless with a kit I ordered from Rays-Auto on Ebay, I highly reccomend checking it out if going aftermarket.
