Black. Unpainted. No hardware. All hardware from my old bags lined up surprisingly well. One of the holes was blocked a little from the molding but easy to clear with a drill. Slightly thinner/lighter than OEM bags, but not so thin they feel cheap. Overall super happy.Came with weather stripping but it's not adhesive backed. Again, at this price they could've left it out entirely and it's still a great deal. If the weather stripping is what's going to make or break the deal for you then I don't know what to tell you.
