Great return process through Kohls but the return and replace shipping HAS to match original quick shipping. AFTER 8 days the replacement fan hasn't even shipped yet. No way to get ANY help to expedite or communicate about this fan. I had to reorder a new fan at a higher price and now have to work on a credit of the original fan since the replacement never shipped and I had to cancel it. BEST to return for credit and REORDER at Amazon.. REplacement process is frustratingly AWFUL. Auto shop confirmed fan was dead so I know it was faulty on arrival.
