The description states that it takes 3 E12 lights that are not included. I purchased some and when we went to install there was nowhere to put these bulbs. Instead, it is a strip of LED lights. Another thing is that the instructions in the box are unrelated to the fan it was with. There are no instructions on how to wire the remote ( you will need splicers for this part that isn't mentioned either.) This is going back. The shade itself is of decent quality. Stress-free install is not an option on this one. Time to ship it back.
