We wanted a fan that was nice looking, affordable, and powerful - love this one! Took me about 2 hours to install. Would have been quicker if I didn’t have to figure out how to use the existing mounting bracket from our old fan (stripped screw so we couldn’t get it out). Luckily it all worked out and the fan is silent (any reviews claiming noise must not have installed it properly). PRO TIP for installation: install the blades last, despite what the instructions say. It’s so much easier to work on the motor component without blades in your face.
