Everything was fine until the backup task scheduler on my NAS began alerting me to failed backups and a backup drive that wasn't connected. I powered down the Yottamaster, disconnected it and pulled out Drive 0. I then tried to pull out Drive 1 and it wouldn't budge! I closed the little gray door and tried again to open it. SNAP! The gray door popped off in my hand! I nearly didn't get my drive out.After starting the return, I recovered the door spring that had sprung away somewhere and boxed everything up. I would think that a 2-bay drive enclosure would be durable enough to withstand the routine insertion/extraction of drives... and I know the drive was correctly seated, so this one must have been faulty.
