Quick call to electrician to clarify.. white to blue; black to red... ground of course... ground wire could be longer - agree with prior review... but sleek, modern design... many warm/cool light settings and 3 speeds for fan...not super powerful but what the heck do you want... perfect for low ceilings, kids bedrooms, etc... be mindful of the switch installed: recommended to not use a dimmer switch.
