The insulation was pretty straightforward. I do have a Jeep with the additional sub. So I had to make a little modification by sliding it all the way to the right and using some self tapping screws.I have no issues with fitment. The build quality is solid. I would say, this is comparable to a lot of more expensive ones on the market.I like the fact that it functions great and has a lot of mole pouches. I definitely like the look. It's gonna come in handy, especially when you're putting tools and and safety equipment in the back. No, now nothing's rattling around and flying around the trunk
