This is a great replacement for the oem fans that went out on my 04 RX8. The hardest part was getting the old one out in the driveway because all the videos and blogs said to drop the radiator and fans out the bottom of the vehicle. After disconnecting everything on the top, removing the oem fans and installing the replacement fans. I reconnected everything and tested it. From start to finish took me 3 hours.
