Love the way this fan works and looks. The fan is quiet and puts out a lot of air, even on the lowest mode. The lighting has several modes. It lights up our living room, very well and has a lot of other lighting options that I know I will use for atmosphere. It was fairly easy to install.Customer service is awesome! At first after installation the remote wasn't working. I emailed the company and they responded the next day. They sent a new signal receiver within a few days and the problem was solved. When we took the old receiver out, the antenna had been cut. This could be due to following the installation instructions to leave the antena out which might had caused the cut in the wire we found. My electrician told me that they don't usually leave the antenna out anymore so after the 2nd installation, we left it in.The remote is easy to use. II like the easy dimmer button for the lights. f you have a light switch connected to your fan, remember to ONLY USE THE REMOTE. This will save your last recorded use if you need to save it.
