I know I oversized the unit for the space I have, though I am totally impressed. This really gets out the moisture. I installed it in place of a Ceiling mounted Fan/Light combo and used the old Fan cover to hide the hole (until I get new sheet rock). You could see the condensate on the old fan grill it was sucking it up so fast. I replaced it with the proper one and its awesome. No fogged up mirror. Install was pretty simple. The only gotcha was attaching the duct to the ceiling can, you need to be sure that the backdraft damper pivot shaft is free or the damper paddles can get stuck.
