After three(3) water pumps on my Trailblazer all with failed bearings I decided to replace the fan itself. The original water pump lasted 85,000 miles then two aftermarket pumps about 30,000 miles each. The original fan blade wobbled about 3/8" and was out of round 1/4".I'm assuming that's the cause of premature water pump replacements.This fan blade runs a lot truer. Doing water pumps on these 6cyl Trailblazers is no picnic.
