Overall I am happy with the product. I purchased two of them for separate rooms. Installation was a breeze. There are a number of different light settings and speed settings for the ceiling fan. It is not very noisy and the modern look works well with my decor. The ceilings in the 2 rooms are low so these ceiling fans were perfect as they don’t hang down as much as some other fans. I had an issue with one of the ceiling fans where I was shorted one of the mounting screws. I contacted customer service and they promptly shipped me out the missing screw. I am satisfied with the customer service and the product.
