I almost gave this review 5 stars because the customer support was exceptional, the product I received was exactly as they discribed, and I was shocked with how much air that little fan moves through the cooler. It's a great product. My only concern is the mounting hardware that fastens the fan to the cooler. It's sufficient for a car or truck but mine is going on a motorcycle. ... lots of vibration. I just didn't have much faith in 4 thin rods feeding through the cooler fins that loosely fit in the fans bolt holes. No worries, though. The cooler has mounting tabs that I was able to make a custom bracket for. So, because I had to make a bracket, 4 stars. If I used this product as it was likely intended, 5 stars. :)
