It was inexpensive, looks good, installed easy. I only installed one other ceiling fan in my life. Took down the old one, installed the new one. To the guy that said how bad it was to install, he clearly did not have a standard electrical box in his ceiling. The bracket fit in the spot just like the old one, I just had to add a couple of washers, which I took from the concrete anchors supplies. Electrical hooked up fine, 3 wires, one is green, one is white, figure out where the third should connect too... Pick the light temp you want and it remembers your selection. The instructions for the remote are fine, and programable, no issues
