Out of the box, it looks like an exact replacement for the stock fan assembly. But the electrical connectors are slightly different and are more difficult to push together, although with enough force they will lock together. The top mounting holes do not line up exactly, but they can be pushedto a position where the screws will fit through and attach to the radiator mount points. I used two spare nuts I had in my tool box as shims between the assembly and the radiator so the screws did not have to be so tight as to warp or break the assembly when mounting.
