I bought this for a 93 Kawasaki bayou 400 to replace the factory fan which had shorted out. It was quite a bit larger then the factory fan but the mounting holes were all correct. After some slight bending of the factory air shroud and a little effort, the new fan fit, tightly. The electrical ends plug into the factory plug but will not be water tight. I put heat shrink and tape around mine, not as good as factory but will work just fine.
