Bought and installed due to a bad module on an 02 A4 1.8t. The old fan controller was causing a check engine light and fans would run at full speed all of the time. Got this Dorman POS and installed and the fans did not work at all, not even when the AC was on. Removed and installed an OE fan controller and everything is perfect. Be very careful with this Dorman product where it can cause your car to overheat if you don't pay attention. Go to FCP Euro and get a Vemo or OE unit and save yourself the hassle.
