This retractable fan was installed in a guest bedroom. The shade came with a slight misalignment of the crossbar in the smallest circle. The vendor ask for a couple measurements and sent out a new shade right away. I received the new shade in a timely manner and the chandelier fan is beautiful. I love it and so does everyone else that sees it and how it operates. It provides a lot of air and the remote control is very convenient. I would recommend this product from this vendor.
