I've only been running on this replacement for a couple of weeks so I don't want to buy the farm just yet. That said, it is performing well to date and I have no complaints. It was an easy swap from the original with identical wiring and mounting hardware. These fans nowadays are sold as 'lifetime lubricated'. That means that there is no way to re-lube the bearings and 'lifetime' tends to be about five years. There are some cheats but they're not fun or guaranteed.
